Except the QC in every part of Shoes production processing, we have another order supervisor team to check the quality, their working like this: take one footwear order for example, before production, we will produce about 20 pairs firstly(Each size two pairs). our quality inspectors will check the material with the confirm sample, then the cutting, stitching, lasting, cement, when the 20 pairs of shoe was made by the line, quality inspectors will check, and the Try on staffs will put on those shoes, after everything is fine, then the production will be start, then we will keep one person continue the material checking; one man check with the prodution line; to supervise every processing is under the right way; 2-4 people check the final products, they will check every pair of shoes. that is our quality inspectors team working. if you have other advise for the quality control, please kindly tell us, we will improve our qualtiy control system.
